The Operations Manager, Poland shall also oversee the successful management of administration, procurement, travel, fleet management, and logistics management functions for the office in Krakow and support all program locations in Poland. Reporting to the Director of Operations - Ukraine Response, the Operations Manager, Poland will ensure that systems are in place and followed to provide efficiency and good communications to enable all Mercy Corps staff to understand these systems and work cooperatively with others. The Operations Manager, Poland is responsible for enabling excellence in operations functions across locations in Poland while coordinating efforts and offering additional support as required to teams based in Ukraine.
